3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our creative manifestations for lawful purposes only and in compliance with the studio’s professional intent.

3.2. Copyright Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your creative inputs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.3. Prohibited Actions

Reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, or technical tampering with our high-performance code systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

4.1. Studio IP

All designs, source code, creative assets, and internal procedures provided by Flux & Form remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio until the creative manifestation is paid for in full.

4.2. Your Output

Subject to your compliance with these terms and full payment, you retain commercial ownership of the final assets delivered by Flux & Form.
